Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time :

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of the order. 

Delivery Times : 

Domestic Orders : please allow 1-3 days for delivery

UK and Orders within The EU : Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery

International Orders (USA, Australia , Asia and the Rest of the World) : please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

* Please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

*During busy periods such as Christmas time, over weekends or bank holidays/ public holidays it may take a little longer to process your order and delivery times may be affected, delays are to be expected.

Standard Shipping : 

We like to offer our customers the choice of standard or tracked shipping when placing an order, within Ireland, UK , the EU, USA, Canada and Australia. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your order if you choose standard shipping. It is your, the customer's, responsibility entirely should your item not arrive and we at Liberty and Jasmine accept no liability whatsoever in the event of the non arrival of an order .

Tracked Shipping : 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so that you can track your order.
