A beautiful devoré velvet scarf perfect, for adding a touch of luxury to your outfit.
Devoré explained : (also called burnout) is a fabric technique used on velvets, where a mixed fibre material undergoes a chemical process to dissolve the cellulose fibres to create a semi transparent pattern against more solidly woven fabric.
The colours include; blue/teal, gold and green, the colours have an iridescent quality and change colour depending on the light. The scarf is fully lined.
A great gift idea if not for yourself, then for someone who appreciates the finer things in life. Nothing says luxury like velvet does.
